1. About Us

Pivt Group Ltd ("we," "us," "our") is a recruitment company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is [4th Floor, 2 City Approach, Albert Street, Eccles, M30 0BL]. We operate this candidate portal to facilitate job applications, candidate management, and recruitment services.

2. Purpose of the Portal

The portal allows you to:

• Create and manage a candidate profile;
• Submit applications for job opportunities;
• Upload CVs and related documents;
• Receive updates on job matches and recruitment processes.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal data when registering or applying via the portal. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your profile.
• Account Security: Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately at data@pivtgroup.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Acceptable Use: Do not use the portal for unlawful purposes, to upload malicious content, or to interfere with its functionality (e.g., via hacking or spamming).

4. Data Protection and Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Here’s how we handle your information:

• Data We Collect: Includes your name, contact details (email, phone, address), CV, employment history, qualifications, right-to-work documentation, and professional profiles (e.g., LinkedIn).
• How We Collect It: Directly from you via portal forms, uploads, or updates; or from third parties (e.g., job boards, social media) with notification within 30 days as required by UK GDPR.
• Legal Basis:
  • Legitimate Interests: To match you with job opportunities and manage our recruitment services.
  • Consent: Where you opt into additional services (e.g., job alerts).
  • Contract: To fulfill placement agreements or pre-employment steps.
  • Legal Obligation: To comply with UK laws (e.g., right-to-work checks).

• Retention: We retain unplaced candidate data for 3 years from your last interaction, or 7 years post-placement for legal compliance (e.g., HMRC requirements). Inactive data may be anonymised or deleted.
• Your Rights: Under UK GDPR, you can:
  1. Be informed about your data use;
  2. Access your data (Subject Access Request);
  3. Rectify inaccuracies;
  4. Request erasure (where applicable);
  5. Restrict processing;
  6. Port your data elsewhere;
  7. Object to processing;

5. Intellectual Property
