About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in initiating conversations with HR professionals. Your primary goal will be to understand their business challenges and introduce solutions that enhance employee engagement and retention. You will be part of a successful team known for progressing into various roles across sales and client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative outreach strategies via phone, video, LinkedIn, tailored emails, and direct mail.
- Nurture relationships to build a strong pipeline of new leads and maintain high engagement levels.
- Conduct needs analysis during qualification calls to uncover key challenges faced by prospects.
- Secure meetings for prospects with Sales Consultants to further develop relationships.
- Achieve quarterly KPIs related to activity and meeting metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand presence and drive business development.

Experience and Skills Required:
- Previous experience in a commercial setting.
- Understanding of multi-step and multi-touch prospecting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of meeting key deliverables.
