Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a range of products and services to current and prospective customers.
- Actively seek new customers to expand the client base.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and pricing queries while maintaining the CRM database.
- Plan and conduct customer visits, providing detailed reports on interactions.
- Organise your workload effectively to maximise sales potential.
- Respond promptly to sample and information requests.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Your Background:
Essential:
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- High motivation with a solid commercial understanding.
- Experience in the chemical industry.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent presentation, written, and communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Nice to Have:
- Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience in a field-based role.
- Knowledge of sectors such as Aerospace, Medical, Automotive, and Electronics.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated customer base within a specific sales territory.
- Engage with customers through site visits and virtual meetings.
- Build relationships with key contacts in purchasing and technical roles.
- Provide technical support to customers as needed.
- Collaborate with partners to enhance sales opportunities.
- Contribute to additional projects as required by the business unit.
- Develop a pipeline of opportunities and identify value-added prospects.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and relay market feedback to management.
- Analyse sales data and produce monthly reports.
